About the Project
This project began with a construction company that specialized exclusively in joint venture developments. Their main challenge was finding and building trust with buyers and partners, communicating project costs clearly, sending invoices, collecting installment payments, and ultimately transferring ownership of the units. These processes were often manual, error-prone, and stressful for both the company and its clients.
Our role was to understand their internal workflows, available resources, and customer personas, and to design a digital experience that could streamline the full lifecycle of their partnership model — from first contact to final sale.
Result
We delivered a fully tailored digital process that aligned with the company’s operations and addressed key user needs. The solution helped reduce human error, improve communication with clients, and create a more seamless and trustworthy experience for all parties involved. As a result, the company increased its active clients from 32 to 140 through better outreach and trust-building via social media and targeted advertising. Additionally, the rate of returning customers from previous projects grew by 15%.
